Endless Waves- One-day workshop

During this day we will dance wave after wave, moving through endless waves. You bring in your own intention for the day, and then we dance, we dance. 5 Rhythms is a movement meditation, a practice, and we practice being flexible, open, insightful, changeable, curious. A full day of movement allows us to get further into the dance, allows us to be danced.

This workshop suits both you who have been dancing for a long time and you who are new to the 5 Rhythms.
