For 3 days, we will immerse ourselves in the discovery and exploration of the maps of the 5Rhythms, guided by 5 different teachers from 5Rhythms Italy:

Azahara Galan: FLOWING

Marcella Panseri: STACCATO

Olivia Olla Palmer: CHAOS

Linda Bedin: LYRICAL

Dario Pastore: STILLNESS

It is not possible to participate in individual sessions or days.

This workshop opens the doors to diverse styles, approaches, and perspectives. Each teacher brings a unique baggage of knowledge, experiences, and passions, creating a rich and intriguing context.

This collective of teachers offers a comprehensive view of the 5Rhythms practice, providing participants with the opportunity to expand their practice and experience. For the teachers themselves, co-leading is a unique opportunity for collaboration, enrichment, and flowing together by integrating their skills, offering a multidimensional experience.

Thursday, April 25: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Friday, April 26: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday, April 27: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
