A dynamic movement meditation, the 5Rhythms®cosmology offers many gateways into the power of the bodily wisdom, and uses dance as a metaphor for life. In this workshop, we will focus on the energies of flow to create greater fluidity in your life. You will learn physical techniques to ground energy, increase receptivity, create connections to your inner self, and to move with what is. No experience necessary.
