Beltaine 5Rhythms retreat @Wildways, ShropshireIt's the time of fertility as we honour the fire festival of Beltaine.
Spring energy rises to the heart and the world around is in full bloom & blossom.
We give attention to the body & heart, to the land and to the vitality of life itself.
Dancing the 5Rhyhtms in relationship to the nature, we bring vitality to our body & heart and connect to the world around us. At this turning of the season we call upon the energy of fire to enliven us and be embodied as we journey on wards into the year.
