GRACE is a way of moving through life
with awareness, enchantment, and compassion.
It invites us to slow down, to listen deeply,
and to meet what’s in front of us with openness and curiosity.
In this daylong workshop, we will explore grace as an embodied practice,
a quiet strength that helps us live with more presence, kindness, and courage.
Grace is found in the balance between effort and ease, in knowing when to act and when to allow.
It asks us to move with the rhythms of nature, to soften into connection,
and to bring gentleness to ourselves and others.

only that it meets us
