Gaia - A 5Rhythms & Work That Reconnects Daylongwith Layah Jane, Amy Lister, & Ciara Hefferon
Many of us are living with a sense of anxiety, overwhelm, and despair around the climate crisis.
How do we process what we are living and keep stepping into our place in the ecology of change?
5Rhythms is a dynamic movement meditation practice created by Gabrielle Roth, that offers us a map for embodying our creative capacity to meet all that life brings. There are no steps to follow. Instead, we show up, tune in and move what is alive in us.
The Work That Reconnects helps people discover and experience their innate connections with each other and the healing powers of the web of life, transforming despair and overwhelm into inspired, collaborative action. (Joanna Macy, Root Teacher)
This is our second workshop weaving 5Rhythms & The Work That Reconnects. Let’s use our practices to support our coming apart, coming together, and fortification for the way forward.

Ciara is a dancer, activist, and environmental educator passionate about ecopsychology and climate emotions, blending her love of movement, music, and teaching to inspire personal and ecological transformation.
