Heartbeat Intensive

When we consciously move our bodies in waves of 5Rhythms, soon our hearts are moved as well. 

Heartbeat is a dancing journey through the landscape of the heart. What does your body know about the physical language of fear, anger, grieve, joy and compassion….

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.

And then we start to recognize when our heart is open, when it is closed, and what that has to do with love and all it’s different flavors.

We are able to listen to our heart.
