I hear the word 'fragmentation' used a lot at the moment to describe our changing world. And I love the art of the mosaic, creating patterns from fragments. In this 5Rhythms workshop we'll be using the Lyrical map to explore fragmentation, pattern and unity through dance and movement.

We start dancing at 11am (it's fine to arrive from 10.30am - there'll be hots drinks and biscuits) and we finish at 5.30pm. We will pause for lunch so do bring a contribution to a shared meal.
