Sunday 22nd March ‘On balence: dancing with wisdom and wildness’11am - 5.30pm
This 5Rhythms workshop is dedicated to the wise inner elder who still knows the stirrings of wildness when the wind changes and the days lengthen, but who also accepts the wisdom of the aging, changing body. This workshop is open to men and women of all ages; come and explore the balance of wildness and wisdom in your dance. We will take breaks for rest and recuperation (as well as a lunch break), there will be chairs in the space, and you are welcome to bring mats and cushions.
Price: £50/£40/£30.
