BESCHRIJVING

A friend of mine describes grace as finding the still point amidst the chaos. Webster's dictionary defines grace as having simple elegance or refined movement. I think of grace as the ability to feel compassion and forgiveness towards myself and others.

I invite you to join me in this 5Rhythms® workshop to investigate and discover what grace means to you. The weekend will be a deep dive into exploring our inner landscapes, as well as finding ways to move together in community. This practice can transform and release old patterns, stuck energy, and tension in the body. Be prepared for the dance to seduce you into a deeper connection with yourself and others, while shedding and transforming layers of yourself that are no longer needed, to better access the deep richness on the inside. While being held in a safe and nurturing space, we will strive to unify body, heart, mind, and soul while inviting ourselves to embody GRACE.

This workshop will be a blend of Waves + Heartbeat material. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner, this workshop is open to all, as we come together to ‘pray for grace’. 

(There is no religious content in this workshop. The word ‘praying’ refers to however you identify with that word, and in this practice, we ‘pray’ with our body, through movement and embodied expression.)
