BESCHRIJVING
In this ongoing trilogy, we will build our experience from the basics, from the body of 5Rhythms practice, embodying our own dance and expressing ourselves through each of the 5Rhythms. Then we continue, connecting the 5Rhythms map with 5 Elements. We will ground our Flowing in the Earth, spark our Staccato with the Fire, dive into our Chaos through the Water, lighten up our Lyrical in the Air and empty our Stillness through the Ether. On the last module we continue exploring and re-searching the connections by entering into the Heartbeat land. Is our fear frozen or fluid, what does anger has to do with our clarity and passion, are we drowning or releasing in sadness, how is joy connected to the light side of everything, how does compassion ripple through the universe?If you have reached a certain level in your practice, and if you are ready for a new stage of insight, or you desire the continuity and cohesion that this group is offering, this will give you time to explore the map of the 5Rhythms progressively and to connect deeply with other dancers in the group who have the same commitment. During these 3 modules we will be meeting the same group of people, so we can relax into it and develop our relationships. This continuity creates a powerful group field for our sharing and learning.
AANTEKENINGEN
Prerequisites: 15 hours of Waves level. This ongoing Trilogy counts as 25 hours of Waves and 20 hours of Heartbeat level towards the Teacher Training. These 3 modules begin on Friday evening and end on Sunday afternoon.
