Life is unpredictable. We have
limited impact on what is going to happen. This uncertainty makes our life an
adventure and at times a challenge too. The thing we cán do is strengthen our
capacity to deal with the situation we’re in. We can increase our resilience.
In this weekend we will focus on our bodies through movement and dance. We will move with consciousness between comfort and discomfort. We will dance, write and speak. 5Rhythms is the container for the work and investigation we’re doing. We use the Waves® map, lights and shadows included. Experience is not needed; the willingness to move and curiosity for yourself and the world around is enough.
The aim for this weekend is to become one’s best friend and increase our window of tolerance for the ‘good and bad’ things in life. We dance to stay present, face reality and enjoy community.
