I inviteyou to join me in the creation of sacred space that honours theFeminine.

As womenwe are coming together to honour our body temples, the wisdom itholds, finding within our true power and beauty.

Throughthe transformative practice of the 5Rhythms, we will bring kindnessand compassion into the cracks and wounds of our humanness. It is apath of integration, of healing the split between spirit and body anddancing ourselves back into wholeness. The 5Rhythms offer us maps tobring body, heart, mind, soul and spirit into alignment.

We willhonour the stories that we each hold in our hearts that have createdseparation, doubt and our own version of the “beast within”through story telling and witnessing.
