We will gather together in community at this time of Samhain, when the veil is thin between the worlds, in the lovely Kilbarron Hall, Co. Tipperary.

Winter is Coming... Time to slow down and listen. Time to honour what has gone before, what is yet to come and what is here now.

In the 5Rhythms Spirit relates to Breath, it is the mysterious 5th element that animates life.

During this half-day workshop we will take time to atune to ourselves, to each other and to the changing season. Together we will dance, create ceremony and share food.

Our journey will dance us through an honouring of the Spirits of Ancestors, of this Time and Place we live and our own Sacred Path through it all.

The 5Rhythms practice is a wonderful way to come together in community with other people, to express your unique self in movement and to show up for your body, mind, heart and soul.

5Rhythms movement and Ritual will be from 11am to 3pm.

Followed by an optional hour of delicious Sauna with Manini from Lakeside Sauna, 3.30pm to 4.30pm, just down the road, exactly 5km, at Skehanagh, Lough Derg.

The 5Rhythms is a creative, free yet disciplined practice, that will take you out of your head and into your body.

Healing, connecting, awakening, increasing your self-awareness. Your body if it is given the opportunity and space, will know what it needs and how it wants to dance.

Jenny has been moving with this practice for the past 25 years. She found her way into a class in Galway in June 2000 and she trained with the founder, Gabrielle Roth and The Moving Centre in 2007.

She continues to dance regularly for her own enjoyment and exploration. She holds a monthly class in Limerick City and quarterly in Galway City.

She lives in Cloughjordan with her family. She is also a Creative Psychotherapist, a Social Studies Lecturer and a Systemic Constellations Facilitator and is very experienced in holding groups.
