BESCHRIJVING

In our day to day life most of us have behaviour we like and we dislike. The things we like about ourselves are shown to the world, the things we dislike are hidden. These hidden parts accumulate a lot of energy. Whether we like it or not, it is life force. 5Rhythms provides us a map where we can explore all these energies. Light and dark sides of our being.

In this weekend we focus on our bodies through movement and dance. We find ways to move from resistance to fluidity, from confusion to clarity, and from numbness to aliveness. Without pushing ourselves we practice to stay as present as possible. We dance, write and speak. In the end we realise how vulnerable life is and how much we have in common with each other. Humor helps us to stay present, realistic and have fun too!
