Discover that you are naturally endlessly creative. In the 5Rhythms practice the body is a vehicle for authentic expression and joyful discovery of the stories we hold in our bones and hearts. This movement practice is meditative, fun and transformative. This workshop is for every body regardless of age, injury or experience.
