BESCHRIJVING
A day to give space to moving with what our body and emotions show to us. By deepening into our body and dance, messages of what is important to us, what needs attention at this moment, can come up. Then, fascination gently opens up different parts of us and allows more aliveness to run through us. We receive in flowing, let out what’s ready in staccato, let go in chaos, lighten up in lyrical and slow down and see the bigger perspective in stillness. We shall also take a visit to Gabrielle Roth’s Heartbeat map, with the attitude of gently giving space to the feelings that arise.AANTEKENINGEN

Gym hall of primary school De Oogappel, Voorshoven (Neeroeteren), part of Maaseik.
