BESCHRIJVING

The  rhythm of chaos may feel uncomfortable to some that don't feel comfortable letting go of control, while others love to fly freely in chaos. However, in this turbulent time in which we live, it can be useful, and even necessary, to find ways to deal with chaos around us and within us- with grounded flowing feet and staccato's clear focus, to be able to safely choose to dance inte chaos, to release stress and control. To let go and not hold on.

 This day we will explore chaos in different ways, through all the 5 Rhythms. You can dance on your feet, on your knees, on all fours, lying down. To dance chaos in ways that provide energy, inspiration and space for new. 

This workshop suits both you who have been dancing for a long time and you who are new to the 5 Rhythms.
