BESCHRIJVING

I'm offering this workshop as two separate sessions that can be taken as a full day workshop. Alternatively you are welcome to join us for either the morning or the afternoon session, if a shorter day suits you better.

In this workshop we’re allowing some of the armour of the everyday to drop away so we can encounter and cherish the softness of our bodies in movement. We’ll be moving with the support of the earth beneath and the tenderness of our own bodies as we emerge from the depths of winter. Each session will explore a different aspect of tenderness in our own dance.

Times:

Morning: 11am - 1.45pm

Lunch: 1.45pm - 2.45pm

Afternoon: 2.45pm - 5.30pm

Price:

Full day: £45/£35

Half day: £23/£18
