“Chaos can be wild and expressive or it can be a physically less demanding dance, a more internal process with shaking, vibration and releasing. Either way, the mind empties out of the head and into the body, awakening our intuition.” Gabrielle Roth

CHAOS- is the inner Dance of our Feminine (YIN) and Masculine (YAN), which has a profound effect on our living and relating. We feel disconnected and out of touch with ourselves, we can’t realize our own relationship to ourselves and we get stuck in replaying the same old patterns.

During our time together we will practice The Art of Chaos and the Art of Letting go. Chaos is what happens when we mix together Flowing and Staccato Energies. When masculine and feminine within us collides and we contain both, or transcend both. We will be releasing our heads and surrendering to the beat of our own being. Releasing to the intelligence of our creativity.

We will practice the basic 5Rhthyms tools of keeping the body in motion, focusing on our breath and unlocking gateways. The world is ours let us enjoy it!
