 This series invites an intimate group of movers who are inspired to go deeper into their 5Rhythms practice. There is no need for prior experience - you can be brand new to the practice or be a seasoned 5Rhythms dancer on the teaching path. It is experience of life, willingness and curiosity that all participating will bring to the group - this is what makes it a rich experience. The location will change from month to month, we will be a clan of dancers moving from our centers as we travel into the available space and fill it! 

Each month will be an exploration of a rhythm, through the Wave ~ Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness - the embodied qualities and shadows, elements in nature and more than anything the medicine that the rhythms hold for you in your life right now - begin where you are at, the dance will meet you there.

If you pay in full upon registration you will receive an hour long Wave playlist for your home practice for each month of the series, equaling 5 Waves total.
