Come and immerse yourself in this weekend workshop dedicated to the magic of movement and dance. Guided by the 5Rhythms map, we’ll journey through Flowing, Staccato, and Chaos, leading into the joyful lightness of Lyrical (where those “wow” moments often appear!), and culminating in profound Stillness.
