From birth to death. From inhale to exhale. From laughter to silence.

We’re always in motion - always becoming.

So why do we meet change with so much resistance?

What if we met transition with curiosity instead of fear? 

With breath instead of bracing?

In this special collaboration between long-time dancing kin and newly accredited 5Rhythms® teachers, Alyssa & Wyld invite you into the exquisite, often-overlooked threshold between Lyrical and Stillness - between Soul and Spirit.

This is not your average dance class.

This is a mystery practice.

A body-led investigation into the space betwixt…where wind gives way to ether, movement melts into meaning, and imagination makes way for inspiration.

Together, we will track the shape of change.

We’ll explore:

– How do we meet “what’s next” without shrinking?

– How do we soften into uncertainty and let it dance us?

– How do we dignify the transitions we often avoid, within ourselves and each other?

With the tools of 5Rhythms®, grounded somatic practices, and shared community presence, we’ll explore what it means to lighten up without checking out, to let go without losing ourselves, and to breathe into the vast possibility of becoming.

We’ll move with questions.

We’ll dance with thresholds.

We’ll shape-shift from Soul into Spirit, one step, one breath, one transition at a time.
