When you follow your intuition, you tune into the gentle whisper of your soul—the part of you that remembers, even before the mind began to doubt. Trusting that inner pull is like a compass, guiding you to what the mind cannot see.

Feel what moves within you as you dance and listen to the guidance from within. Let the alchemy of surrender transform into wisdom. Trust the rhythm of your dance and surrender to the pure vibration of your authentic self. This dance day is a unique opportunity to bring the end of this year to a beautiful close, to take time for deeper knowing, and to enjoy and trust in surrender, wave after wave, until silence seeks you out on the path to the new year.

Katrien Mazijn is a 5 Rhythms® teacher and a teacher of piano and music history. The 5 Rhythms allow me to fully connect with my body again and again and awaken my creativity. I love this non-verbal, meditative, moving communication. Besides dancing, nature gives me great freedom. The simplicity and beauty of nature brings me peace and allows me to blissfully recharge.
