Through the practice of 5Rhythms®, we will explore the many parts of ourselves: the known and the unknown, the individual and the collective. As we move through the rhythms, we cultivate presence, curiosity, and compassion for all that we are.
From this place of embodied wholeness, we begin to discover a deeper sense of togetherness. Not through effort or performance, but through authentic presence. As we dance, witness, and share space with one another, we experience the possibility of connection that honors both individuality and belonging.
