Liberate into the here and now through this 5 Rhythms Dance session. In this class, movement becomes the medicine, the meditation and the metaphor. 

BODY WAVES playfully evoke high and deep physical presence through passionate dancing and powerful music. Let yourself be guided into a deepening relationship with your outer and inner body, with your self and your life, creating many moments to still the mind through movement.

THEME: Dancing Feelings

In this BODY WAVES session we will be dancing to connect with and to give permission to our feelings. It is through the body - most inspiringly and beautifully through dance - that acceptance happens. Let's connect and embrace our feeling existence as we dance together.
