Come for the whole series or as individual classes for your weekly dose of the 5Rhythms practice!

Each class is its own opportunity to embody and explore one rhythm in its fullness through an extended wave infused with that rhythm's energy and teachings. With each week, we will invoke that class's rhythm and its spirit, invite it into our wave, discover its personal expression for us, and get to know how it shows up for us in the world.

The full cycle culminates in its final class, a 3-hour dance ritual made up of five non-stop waves, based in each rhythm in turn - a Flowing wave, a Staccato wave, a Chaos wave, a Lyrical wave, and a Stillness wave. We will dance the full cycle, getting to experience a total immersion in the 5Rhythms to soak in our practice and enrich its presence in our lives.

Our venue: SomArt at The Hive, 561 Windsor St 4th Floor, Somerville, MA 02143 (by Boynton Yards, above Taza Chocolate factory.) ADA accessible.

When arriving to 561 Windsor, please take the elevator to the 4th floor. As you exit, take a sharp left and the dance space is through the first door to your right.
