The series will culminate with a special event on Oct. 31st, to Honour Our Ancestors, as part of 'tending our roots'.  

In each class, we will explore how we tend to what roots us, grounds us, helps us dive deep and stay centred. Be it our physicality, rooted through our feet, as they move us through life. Be it the regular practices, recreational activities, connection with nature, spirituality and routines that keep us rooted from day-to-day. Be it our personal histories which we may wish to acknowledge and connect to, for how they have brought us here. Or our communities and friends, cultures, dear and loved ones that helped shape us, and that we shape, through shared roots.    

Elisa Hollenberg will be facilitating a class using the waves map of the 5Rhythms every other week, to connect with the content. Layah Davis will be facilitating on the alternate weeks (Open Floor, 5Elements Dance). The classes follow a similar format for consistency from week to week.  Please see more dates and details, below.
