Find your lust for live and joy of movement through spontaneous, free dance. This is notled dance. You dance yourself but in a group. Each in their own way and starting from their own ability.No prerequisites, only desire and the wish to discover your ability to move without demand or 'musts'. The guiding's purpose is to explore and develop the body's ability to move in a fun way. All this to inviting music from different genres--jazz, classical music and swinging rhythms from every corner of the world. Spontaneous dance contributes to keeping us active, vital, creative.
