This Saturday 6/10… We dance! Our “*Spring Awakening*!” series completes. 5Rhythms ~ Living Waves. (Note: on June 24th we’ll begin a Summer Series!)_

*Exchange*: $20/class (students and seniors $15)

No experience necessary > come as you are > all are welcome! 

This week's theme: The Power of Attention  👀🎯🌟

In this moment, ask yourself: *Where is my attention?*

It’s a simple question and knowing this and having a conscious choice is a way to have powerful agency in our lives. I’ve been told and I’ve come to see it if for myself: “What you put your attention on *grOWS*”!!!

And “Energy flows where attention goes”, or a variation: “Energy goes were attention flows.”

Am I putting my attention on “the problem” or “the solution”? Where I place my attention can have a profound impact and consequence, desired or undesired, depending on how I practice it in my life > we are what we practice. 

So much of what we live comes from habits and patterns we have consciously or unconsciously created. 

Let’s explore how through the practice of the 5Rhythms we can awaken our awareness, free up our mind and ability to use our “*Power of Attention*” more consciously. We can cultivate and hone this powerful, creative tool of attention! And we can do it while we enJoy surrendering to our Dance!
