Urban dance inspired by the Amerindian tradition of sweat lodges. 

Come dance and sweat together, for this evening of sharing, inspired by the Amerindian tradition of sweat lodges! A time to relax the spirit, delight the body, share in freedom, dive into the magic of dance. A ritual and festive space to connect with oneself, the group and the dynamics of life.

The session begins with a brief introduction to the practice: to establish a common orientation, to encourage the creativity of each person and the sharing of the dance. We then dance two successive Waves: time to catch our breath, a second chance is offered to us to dance, to deepen, to reinvent, to follow the flow... For beginners: intuitive discovery of the practice of the 5 Rhythms®. For advanced dancers: deepening of autonomy in dance.
