Practical instruction in Gabrielle Roth’s healing movement work, balanced with plenty of opportunity to explore your own dance. Deepen your personal practice of the 5Rhythms®, or dance a Wave for the first time; all ages (15+) and levels of experience are welcome.

Group will be capped at 35 dancers, and pre-registration is required.

For subsequent classes, you can pre-purchase your ticket through Eventbrite for the date(s) you wish to attend.

This class is open to folks who are comfortable dancing together indoors, with kindness and respect for the ways that our fellow dancers may be at different levels of comfort with sharing space. Proof of vaccination OR a photo of your negative rapid test (from within 24 hours) is required.
Masks are welcome (however not required) on the dance floor.
** Community care request ** as more travel and large-scale social events open up, please complete a Covid test within 24 hours before class if you have been travelling, festival-ing, or attending concerts or other large group events (rapid tests are available free of charge at most pharmacies). If if your test shows a positive result, or if you are experiencing symptoms, please do not attend.
A full refund or class credit will be offered for any class missed, with advance notice, due to illness. No refunds for no-shows.
Accessibility: the hall has one flight of stairs (no elevator), and one gender-neutral washroom.
