This is a Parent/Guardian Child 5Rhythms® class to inspire young ones into the power of embodiment.

Our focus will be to create space and encourage the young ones to find their own love for the beat and the dance.

Sometimes that means leaving them alone to choose to sit down, step away or get up.

They will find their way.

A new generation needs strong feet on the ground and strong open hearts beating.

Connected to the rhythms of their bodies, connected to the rhythms of nature inside and outside of them.

Trusting the wisdom and innocence that is so fresh within them. 

May they never loose the wisdom and freedom they are born with.

And may we be nurturing custodians of their growth.

Here are some guidelines for the class and we will evolve:

- They are welcome to join or sit in the space as they find their way. 

So, important that children learn to respect their autonomy of body and voice.

-We are here to welcome and support them but above all to inspire them "to find their own way” as on the dance floor as in life. 

-No phones or screens allowed in the studio. 

They can bring toys, pens & paper/snacks & drink/ blanket to create a safe zone. 

-We will remind them of no talking policy in the class, 

unless really important (we try to encourage them to move)

- Best to dance barefooted to avoid slipping

-Know that your children are 100% your responsibility.
