With a background in psychology and additional training in body-based therapies such as TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), BSP (Brainspotting), and conscious breathwork, I bring an embodied, trauma-sensitive approach to my teaching. I believe in the wisdom of the body and in the power of rhythm to restore our natural flow.
In my classes and workshops — held both in person and online — I guide dancers through the 5Rhythms Wave with clarity, openness, and respect for each person’s unique expression. Whether you are stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or returning again and again, you are welcome as you are.
