I am a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training based in Graz, Austria. When I found this practice, I immediately knew it was a home for me. Its deepest impact on me is how it brings me out of my head and into my body - allowing the mind to soften, the body to take over, and movement to unfold naturally. Every time I step onto the 5Rhythms dance floor, I feel a deep sense of belonging and my life makes even more sense.

What I value so much within the 5Rhythms® is the international community of dancers from all over the world, enriching my perspective and personal development as a lifelong student and emerging teacher. Furthermore, it is an honor to be mentored in my training by Hannah Loewenthal (South Africa) and Richard Whiltshire (United Kingdom).
