5Rhythms Teacher in Training
Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I'm a person whose emotion and vitality runs strong in my veins. I discovered 5Rhythms in 2017 and since then I have reconnected with my passion for art and dance. Perceiving the rhythms in my daily life through my body - in hours, minutes and even seconds - has transformed how I move inside and outside myself, how I relate to life from my center. 5Rhythms is a bridge between my thoughts, my feet and my soul. As a 5Rhythms Teacher in Training and mentored by Ray Diaz and Stuart Phillips, I wish to be a channel and collaborate to create a safe and profound space where people can truly connect with who they are.
