On this 5Rhythms workshop we will explore how each of these 5Rhythms is connected to these 5 different parts of us: Body, Heart, Mind, Soul and Spirit.
This is an invitation to your intimate investigation of how Flowing unlocks the body, how Staccato opens up the heart, how Chaos liberates the mind, how Lyrical opens the door of the soul and how Stillness inaugurates the spirit.
I belong to my body.

This workshop counts as 3 days of Waves level and 1 day of Heartbeat Level towards the Teacher Training.

LOCATION
Landhotel Yspertal, Ysper 1, 3683 Yspertal
We dance in a school – 5min. walk from the hotel
Yspertal is a nice little village in the Austrian region Southern Waldviertel. The surrounding is a true hiker’s paradise and it offers different hiking routes, meditative pilgrimage paths, historical and Celtic places and botanical nature trails. Yspertal is famous for it’s Ysperklamm (gorge) with it’s waterfalls.
We dance in the sports hall of a school, which – like always – we will transform into a sacred dance space. Next to the school there’s an indoor swimming pool with sauna, a climber’s hall, a beach volleyball and tennis court, a playground and a bathing pond and river to jump in.
LANDHOTEL YSPERTAL is a great hotel which has a 100% biological kitchen and attaches great importance to sustainability.
