Spring Equinox 5Rhythms retreat @Wildways, ShropshireIt's the time of balance. As the spring energy rises we give attention to the body, to the land and to the connection within and around.
Through dancing the 5Rhyhtms close to the land, we bring balance to our body and the connection the the natural world around us. At this turning of season we call upon the energy of fire to enliven us and spark the change that will be embodied as we journey into the year.
