How do you meet life?
Do you collapse, contract, extend, or overextend?
Throughout September, we’ll explore the postures we take—in our bodies and in our lives. Through the 5Rhythms® Wave, we’ll notice how we meet support, respond to pressure, express ourselves, let go, expand, and return to presence.
Each week offers a different doorway into these patterns through movement and dance—not to fix them, but to become more aware of how we move through the world and discover more choice.
No steps to learn. No dance experience needed.
Just your body, your breath, and the willingness to explore.
