THE WAY OF THE DANCER - ONGOING GROUP (Totnes, Devon)
DATES: 6 March, 20 March, 3 April, 17 April, 1 May, 15 May.
TIME: 7-9pm (on 15 May, it will be 7-10pm to allow for closing ceremony)
A springtime journey to immerse in the extraordinary power of dancing and explore how we use conscious movement practice as a resource for living.
This will be a fortnightly in-person closed group held in Totnes, Devon. This Ongoing Group is an invitation to immerse in the dance and go deeper in body, heart and dancing spirit. Using the foundations of 5Rhythms and Movement Medicine in a weave of embodied practice, we will explore the Way (and the many ways) of being a Dancer.
How do we find our GROUND as dancers? What is it to FLOW and what is it to move in RHYTHM? How do we RELEASE and when do we EXPAND with the dance? How do we TRANSFORM using movement? And how do we cultivate and land in PRESENCE?
We will explore these questions solo and together. Dancing in a committed group where the same people show up each time helps to build connection and trust, creating a stronger container and in turn allowing greater learning and deeper diving for all.
We will bring our movement, breath and love to whatever is arising, calling the vitality of the dance to resource and uplift us and everything we are part of and connected to.
Resources: Audio recordings of integration practices and other extra resources will be available for those wishing to bring the movement home.

Refund Policy
If you cancel 30 days or more before the event: a refund will be offered minus a cancellation fee of £25.
If you cancel 3-29 days before the event: we will offer a 50% refund if we can fill your place.
If you cancel in the 72 hours before the start time of the event or do not attend, refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. In most situations, you have the possibility of selling your ticket on directly. However please note this depends on the event / circumstances and is at our discretion. In all cases, please communicate to check and let us know you are doing this.
In the unlikely event that Christian needs to cancel, your payment will be refunded in full. We cannot accept liability for other costs you may have incurred.
