A warm welcome to this 5Rhythms retreat this autumn at the wonderful Möllan in Småland.

Joining this retreat will be my dear friend Willowi, who will contribute with live music in the dance space. At the retreat he will accompany the dance throughout the whole weekend, weaving in and out. I am very happy and grateful for this collaboration.

There are a limited number of single rooms available, with an additional fee of 600 SEK. First come, first served.

ABOUT MÖLLAN

Möllan retreat is a true gem in the countryside, filled with beauty. There is a nature reserve just around the corner with an enchanting forest and a lake. You will also find a wood-fired sauna to enjoy here.

CARPOOLING: There is a carpooling thread in the Facebook event. If you are traveling by train, go to Växjö and then take a bus to Åseda. From there, you can be picked up.

ABOUT MARIA: The dance is guided by Maria, certified 5Rhythms teacher 2024. This movement practice has been a significant part of her life for the past 20 years. For 12 years, since her training as a Body Movement Coach, she has been dedicated to creating dance spaces. She is passionate about inviting people into spaces for deeper inner listening and for bringing them closer to themselves and the wisdom of their bodies.

OM WILLOWI : Willowi, a talented multi-instrumentalist, DJ & musician from The Netherlands, has been playing music since early childhood. He is a one of a kind melody and harmony channeler, known for his unique & very skilled live improvisation. Willowi has added his magic & voice to many musical projects, collaborating with a wide range of artists. At the retreat he will accompany the dance throughout the whole weekend, weaving in and out, and take you on a relaxing sound journey Saturday evening
