As the nights get longer and the weather becomes cooler we’re holding this one day 5Rhythms community event, to take place between 11am and 5pm on Saturday 9th December.

This will be a day for going deeper into the 5Rhythms practice, dancing longer, having more time to arrive and process, more time to move with our embodied selves, using the 5Rhythms Waves map to explore what we hold and what we want as the clock ticks on towards the end of the year.

We’ll enjoy a warmup, and two waves - with space for sharings and a lunch break between the waves - and we will have ample time to land gently, ending with a community circle, tea and cake before we finish at 5pm.

Costs: £65 Abundant/pay it forward; £55 Normal entry; £45 Concessions
