CONSCIOUS FRIDAY est une invitation à ancrer notre relation au corps et au mouvement dans une pratique régulière. « Avez-vous la discipline pour être un esprit libre ? » écrivait Gabrielle Roth, créatrice de la Danse des 5Rythmes. Oui : cela requiert de la dévotion, de l’engagement, des choix renouvelés à chaque danse pour libérer, nourrir ou transformer l’ancien en nouveau, pour dire oui aux cycles, aux changements, aux vagues de la vie. À soi.

De septembre 2023 à juin 2024, chaque troisième vendredi du mois, je vous propose de vivre une « vague » de Danse des 5Rythmes® : un rituel nourrissant, libérateur, transformateur.
