Whilst David & Meredith are travelling & teaching overseas this Winter,  Friday 5Rhythms will be held by a dedicated local support crew and our teaching colleague Thais Sansom.

Castlemaine 5Rhythms is a weekly class that has been running for a decade, a mix of dedicated dancers and new adventurers seem to always be dropping in on for a Friday night dance before spending a weekend exploring this creative town.  The format is a short warm up arrival followed by a one hour wave and group gathering.
