This class is an exploration of conscious direction. Through the 5Rhythms, we will investigate the patterns that shape our movement — the habits we repeat without noticing, the ways we hold back, the impulses we override. Where do you automatically go? Where do you collapse? Where do you push?
“Changing the Pattern” is an invitation to interrupt the familiar and choose differently. To feel what it means to take your own direction — physically, emotionally, energetically. Not reacting. Not drifting. But deciding.
Rooted in clarity and expression, this practice invites you to stand inside your body with intention. To sense when to advance, when to pause, when to redefine your edges. The dance becomes a laboratory for autonomy — a place to experience what it feels like to move from choice rather than habit.
This is where thawing becomes action.
