We will take 4 months to go through the core practices and teachings of the 5 rhythms looking through 3 different lenses. You can join for the whole ride, or pick and chose the themes you'd like to explore

4. Elements July 1st - 29th

5. outro August 5th (included with the Elements)

This series is designed for student of the Embodiment Coaching as their core practice, but is open to any one interested in exploring 5Rhythms as an embodiment practice. Open to complete newbies- no previous experience in conscious dance required, yet open to hard core veterans and everyone in between as well 😉
