In this periodic movement laboratory, we will explore the 5Rhythms® practice through a specific lens. Each inquiry is an opportunity to reconnect our embodied selves to the patterns and currents that move around and through us. Offering diverse and expansive musical inspiration and facilitation, Jeffrey will guide participants through the 5Rhythms® Waves map:

Flowing: the practice of Fluidity, the gift of knowing

Staccato: the practice of Definition, the gift of expression

Chaos: the practice of Release, the gift of transformation

Lyrical: the practice of Connection, the gift of lightness

Stillness: the practice of Emptiness, the gift of wisdom

This class will be held at a gorgeous private home studio in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Located about 5 minutes from Foxfield, off of Barracks/Garth Road with scenic mountain views, a sprung floor, and an exquisitely inspired space.
