In this quarterly laboratory, we will explore the fundamentals of the 5Rhythms® practice, gaining essential knowledge that will enhance all embodied inquiries. Each inquiry an opportunity to reconnect our embodied selves to the patterns and currents that move around and through us. Offering diverse and expansive musical inspiration, Jeffrey will guide participants through the 5Rhythms Waves map:Flowing: the practice of Fluidity, the gift of knowing
Staccato: the practice of Definition, the gift of expression
Chaos: the practice of Release, the gift of transformation
Lyrical: the practice of Connection, the gift of lightness
Stillness: the practice of Presence, the gift of perspective
A quarterly 3 hour dive into 5Rhythms essentials to enrich the dance and life's more practical needs. A link between being human on and off the dance floor. 2024 dates:
