5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement meditation that invites you to come home to your body. Through five powerful rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, combined they are called a '5Rhythms Wave'. Your movement unfolds naturally without much instructions, and dance becomes a language beyond words.

Each rhythm offers a gateway to release tension, awaken life energy, and open space for authenticity, creativity, and connection. There is no choreography and no pressure to perform: only your body, your breath, and the present moment.

5Rhythms is a conscious dance practice that is grounding, liberating, and deeply transformative. By moving beyond habitual patterns and self-imposed limitations, we rediscover freedom, presence, and a deeper connection with ourselves and others.

We dance barefoot in a safe, alcohol- and drug-free space.
Words are left off the dance floor, allowing the body to express what words cannot.
