Somatic Waves: Dancing with our selves and our cells.

This 5Rhythms class invites you to journey deeper into your cells and selves. Each session, we’ll invite different body systems, regions or developmental movement patterns to dance us through the wave, exploring how we sense, move and relate.

As music, movement, the group and our somatic focus meet, different perspectives and possibilities emerge. The wave becomes a space for diffractive research: sensing, discovering and creating new relationships between our bodies, our environments and each other.

New and experienced movers are always welcome. Come curious, come to move, and be part of the unfolding!

I’m a Melbourne-based 5Rhythms teacher (Waves and Heartbeat), offering classes and workshops across Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand and Europe. I am also a qualified Dance-Movement Therapist and Somatic Movement Educator, and Assistant (Body-Mind Centering®).
